Then you've come to the right place: as part of a small but effective sustainability team, you will ensure compliance with national and international legal and ethical human rights standards across the Group and help us to bring about further positive change in our industry.

With your determination and pragmatic mindset, you will build a system of risk-based human rights due diligence and improve our human rights due diligence processes. You will have a lot of freedom to define the structures, the incentives, the monitoring and the communication.

Sounds like a lot? Don't worry, you'll have professional resources, staff support and close cooperation with our internal Legal & Compliance department at your disposal, so you'll be able to manage this well even on a part-time basis. You are a strong advocate for social sustainability and have learned a lot about human rights during your university years. This role is for you if you already have a few years of professional experience in this field (ideally in a production-like environment) and are familiar with the effective set-up and development of due diligence or compliance programmes. You love to manage complex projects, keep communication high across all stakeholders and find it easy to convincingly present your findings and optimisation proposals in German and English.

You are the right person for us if you want to move new things at Ricola with your positive nature and are willing to go the extra mile - even for occasional trips to subsidiaries and suppliers. If you also already have knowledge and experience in the food, pharmaceutical, consumer goods or agricultural industries, we need to get to know each other as soon as possible.
