Role Description:
As a Sustainability Reporting Specialist, you are entrusted to be the central figure for sustainability reporting, crafting narratives that matter, and understanding the rapidly changing landscape influenced by requirements like TCFD, CSRD, GRI, and NFRD. Your role will also ensure the company remains responsive to emerging client demands in this progressive arena.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and articulate corporate sustainability reporting narratives.
- Evolve the framework for sustainability reporting, ensuring that our reports reflect true impact and align with strategic business outcomes.
- Decode and assimilate both new and prevailing sustainability reporting standards, including ESG report, CSRD, TCFD, NZAM, and others.
- Create compelling, client-centered content underpinned by thorough ESG expertise.
- Engage proactively in ESG workgroups and committees.
- Foster partnerships with industry leaders and standard-setting bodies.
- Anticipate future sustainability reporting requisites, paving the way for smooth integrations and implementations.
Qualifications:
- A prestigious university degree, preferably in law, communications, or sustainability.
- Genuine passion for sustainability coupled with a flair for finance.
- Prior experience in sustainability reporting and familiarization with ESG regulatory initiatives is desirable.
- Mastery over reporting frameworks like TCFD, CSRD, GRI, NFRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, SBTi.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Impeccable written and spoken English.
